Property Consultant

We are currently hiring Property Consultant/Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

- Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.

- Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

- Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.

- Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.

-Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.

- Presenting purchase offers to sellers.

- Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.

- Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.

- Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as Property Consultant in UAE

Confidence with go getter skills

Ability to negotiate with all different type of customers and nationalities

Good knowledge of RERA rules for Buying, Selling, and Leasing properties.

The ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

RERA certification will be plus points

Strong sales and communication skills.

Ability to generate leads, negotiate and conclude deals.

Valid UAE driving license.

Should be based in Dubai, UAE.

Languages: Arabic / English /Chinese/ French / Farsi / Russian / Hindi / Urdu / Malayalam

Attractive commission structure (50%-50%)
