Property Consultant

Description:

As a Property Consultant, you'll be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You'll use your knowledge of the real estate market to provide expert guidance and advice to your clients.

Qualifying clients, arranging and conducting viewings

Your ability to communicate effectively in their native language will be a valuable asset in building trust and creating successful transactions. The candidate should have :

Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or Sales, or any related field.

· At least 2 years’ experience of a track successful Sales records in Real Estate Market in UAE in specific Dubai City

· Previous experience coordinating with the marketing a team in a cross-cultural setting is preferred

· Demonstrated understanding of working with Developers and project’s selling techniques

· Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English

· Personal qualities: Team player, flexible, network-builder, able to handle clients pressure well.

· Fluency in Russian or Persian is preferred

· RERA Brokers Card is a plus

· A valid UAE Driver’s License is a plus

· Trustworthy and results-oriented
