Your role involves understanding client needs, presenting properties, negotiating deals, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Understand client preferences and requirements for Off-Plan properties.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on Dubai's Off-Plan real estate market.
• Property Presentation: Showcase Off-Plan properties and highlight their potential.
• Negotiation: Negotiate property transaction terms for clients.
• Client Relations: Build strong, lasting client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven real estate sales success, especially in Off-Plan properties.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai's Off-Plan market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• UAE real estate brokerage license (preferred).
