We are looking for hard-working and ambitious Property Consultant with proven Sales Experience in Dubai to join our growing team.

Qualifications:

- Experience in Dubai real estate market (off plan market, ready property)

- Strong Sales, Communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and generate results with minimum supervision

- Confident in presentation delivery

- Pleasant and trustworthy

- UAE driving license is a plus

- Can start immediately

Responsibilities:

- Networking and building relationships with potential clients

- Acting as a liaison between property owners and potential tenants or buyers

- Negotiating leases or sales on behalf of property owners

- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value

- Conduct walkthroughs

- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
