As a Property Consultant at Al Aaqar Real Estate, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties, including residential, commercial, and off-plan developments.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

#ClientConsultation: Interacting with clients to understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget.

#PropertyMarketing: Preparing and presenting property listings to potential buyers or tenants through various marketing channels.

#PropertyEvaluation: Conducting property valuations, analyzing market trends, and providing accurate information to clients.

#NegotiationandSales: Facilitating property transactions, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

#ClientRelationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

A passion for real estate and strong knowledge of the local property market.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Valid real estate license (preferred).

Valid UAE Driving license (preferred).
