Property Consultant

Description:

-This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant (Experienced) located in Dubai, UAE. The Property Consultant will be responsible for managing and closing property deals, negotiating contracts, evaluating customer needs, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

-The Property Consultant's are expected to sell Dubai properties in International markets like UK, Europe, Canada, India.

-The role will offer an opportunity to travel in global markets and generate Business.

Qualifications & Skills required:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with a proven track record of achievements and success
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the real estate market trends and regulations in Dubai, UAE
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid UAE driver's license and own transportation
• Fluency in English and at least one other language
• Preferred if you have a strong Network of client's from the experience in the Industry.
