Description:

We are looking for a "Real Estate Property Consultant" to join BHIVE Real Estate company in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget.

Provide information on market conditions, pricing, and the buying or selling process.

Help client identify properties that match their criteria.

Arrange property showings and accompany clients to viewings.

Present offers and provide advice to client during negotiations.

Keep up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and the developers on their area.

Develop marketing strategies to promote properties for sale.

Build and maintain a network of contracts with the real estate industry, including other agents, brokers, lenders, and service providers.
