As part of our expansion, we are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Secondary team (Resale and Leasing) at Asset Homez International Properties LLC.

About the Role: Are you a positive, dedicated, and result-oriented individual with a strong work ethic? At Asset Homez International Properties, we are actively searching for experienced Sales Agents in the Real Estate industry with a minimum of 6 months of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads from clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties.
• Provide guidance to clients on market conditions, pricing, and more.
• Compile detailed property listings with information on location, features, square footage, and more.
• Conduct property showings for potential buyers and renters.
• Present purchase offers to sellers and facilitate negotiations.
• Review purchase contracts to ensure all terms are met.
• Promote properties through ads, listings, and open houses.
• Maintain your real estate license and stay informed about industry trends.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months of real estate sales experience.
