Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant at Winning Edge Real Estate located in Dubai. The Property Consultant in Secondary Market will be responsible for managing client portfolios, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease and sale agreements, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Sales and Real Estate skills
• Consulting and Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
• UAE driver's license is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and within timelines
