Property Consultant

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their property needs, including buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and provide guidance throughout the transaction process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential or commercial properties.

• Conduct market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on market trends.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

• Conduct property viewings and guide clients on property features and amenities.

• Negotiate deals and draft purchase or lease agreements in consultation with clients.

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or inquiries promptly.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and uphold professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven 2 years experience in real estate sales or property consultancy roles.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

• Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• UAE Driving License (Driver’s License and car are mandatory)
