Recruiting Property Consultant, Dubai - UAE
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Understand clients' requirements and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about features, amenities, and market trends.
- Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements on behalf of clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market conditions, property values, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes and client satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Consultant in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures in the UAE.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid UAE driving license and own transportation are preferred.
