Position: Property Consultant, Secondary Department
Location: Beachfront, Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting beachfront properties.
- Provide expert advice on property investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and coordinate client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Stay updated on market trends and property values in the beachfront area.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai real estate, specifically in secondary properties.
- Strong knowledge of the beachfront area.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Dubai residency.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
