As a Property Consultant for the Secondary Market at Elite Bricks Real Estate, you will be at the forefront of our property sales efforts. You will be in close contact with investors, and people who want to buy or sell properties to show off and sell ready homes. We're looking for driven people who are good at sales, have great conversation skills, and know much about the secondary market.

Responsibilities:

• Secondary Property Management
• Cultivating relationships with developers for exclusive listings.
• Educating clients about the benefits of Secondary Market properties.
• Negotiating sales contracts and terms.
• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth transactions.
• Staying informed about market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in real estate sales, preferably in Secondary Market Properties
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of off-plan property sales processes and regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
