Description:
This is a full-time on-site position for a Property Consultant at PAD Properties in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients in both the Off-Plan and Secondary Market sectors, effectively communicating property options, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leveraging expertise in the real estate market.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, with a minimum of 1 year in a sales or customer service role.
- Proven success in selling both off-plan and secondary market properties within the Dubai market.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including key areas and luxury property trends.
- Proficient in marketing properties through various channels, including online portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate software for managing leads, tracking sales, and maintaining client relationships.
- Skilled in conducting property viewings, presenting properties effectively, and addressing client queries professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Knowledge of RERA rules and regulations, particularly Trakheesi, ensuring compliance with Dubai's real estate laws.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a genuine passion for real estate.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
- Availability to start immediately.
