What we’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Present and promote properties to potential buyers or renters.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the real estate market trends and property values.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance sales strategies and achieve team targets.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience is mandatory.
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Certified Broker preferred
- Multilingual is a plus
