Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Dubai real estate, specifically in off-plan projects.
- Languages: You should have Proficiency in any of these languages,s Preferred languages include : Russian, Chinese, Turkish, Italian, Spanish, French, Arabic, and Urdu/Hindi.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, especially offplan properties.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate management tools.
- Qualifications: Relevant real estate certifications and a valid RERA license.
- Personality: Professional, motivated, and customer-focused.
