Description:

Hiring Property Operations Manager for VVIP private property in Abu Dhabi.

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, upholding service and hospitality standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, property upkeep, event coordination, and delivering personalized service to residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Household Management:

  • Supervise household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, and security.
  • Develop staff schedules for efficient villa operations.
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.

Property Maintenance:

  • Manage maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Liaise with contractors for specialized tasks.
  • Maintain the villa’s cleanliness and presentation.

Guest Services:

  • Welcome residents and guests, addressing needs and requests efficiently.
  • Organize events and activities.
  • Oversee guest accommodations for comfort and service.

Financial Management:

  • Handle the household budget, monitor expenses, and promote cost-effective operations.
  • Keep accurate financial records and report to the property owner or manager.
  • Manage procurement and inventory of household supplies.

Security:

  • Ensure property and resident security and safety.
  • Oversee security protocols and systems.
  • Manage access control and surveillance with security staff.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between staff and residents.
  • Liaise with an owner’s representative concerning household operations
