Are you an experienced professional with a profound understanding of the oil and gas industry? Do you excel in managing proposals and spearheading business development strategies? We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales and Marketing team as a Proposal and Business Development Manager.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline related to the oil and gas industry.

· Extensive knowledge of oil and gas upstream and downstream processes, preferably with prior experience as an oil & gas or chemical process engineer/designer.

· Proven track record in oil and gas EPC business development and account management, particularly within the Middle East market.

· 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in sales promotion and proposal compiling with a successful track record of awards.

· Proficiency in managing tendering activities for Consultancy, FEED, EPC, and PMC business within the oil and gas sector.

· Thorough understanding of Instruction to Bidders (ITB) document framework and vital client specifications. Previous involvement in crafting ITB documents for clients is preferred.

· Proven capacity to perform efficiently under time constraints in creating technical and commercial proposals. This includes tasks such as compiling project execution plans, crafting level 3 schedules, developing deliverable lists, estimating costs and providing price quotations, addressing contract terms and conditions that significantly impact bidders, refining CVs for key personnel, and managing the qualification document database.

· Fluent in English, demonstrating near-native proficiency in both spoken and written communication. Advanced skills in professional business writing are indispensable. Proficiency in the Chinese language would be advantageous.
