Public Relation Officer

Description:

We’re looking out for seasoned Public Relation officer for our client. You should be skilled in liaising with government authorities, managing personnel requirements, and ensuring efficient departmental functions.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance with labor and immigration regulations, keeping abreast of changes and updating HR department accordingly.
• Manage and process all visa-related matters efficiently and promptly, including new applications, renewals, and updates for employees and dependents.
• Oversee documentation and legal requirements, including labor cards, contracts, trade licenses, and leases, ensuring timely renewal and maintenance.
• Provide comprehensive support to employees regarding driving licenses, accommodation, legal obligations, and other PR services, ensuring a high level of departmental service and satisfaction

Requirements:

UAE Experience: 6 – 8 years in same function

Working Days: 5 days
