Public Relations Manager

COLIFE is a modern real estate rental service. In 5 years, we have grown from a startup into a large international company: currently, we manage 2000 properties in Moscow, Dubai, and Istanbul. This year, we plan to launch in Hong Kong and India, and by 2026, in 10 more countries.

To effectively attract the target audience in the international arena, we are looking for a PR manager who can focus on working with the media and internal content projects.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly publications about Colife in well-known Dubai and global media.
• Generate topics and write texts by yourself and with contractors that are interesting to the media and the target audience.
• Monthly come up with and launch viral news hooks and digests.
• Organize a constant database of journalists and opinion leaders for free and barter placements.
• Start and lead the process of creating Colife's own content project in international and Russian markets.

Requirements:

• Successful experience as a PR manager for at least 2 years.
• Strong copywriting skills - you can write interestingly for the target audience and the media.
• Advanced English - C1 level or higher.
• Creative thinking and excellent communication skills - you can come up with news hooks, find them, and distribute them.
• Experience in creating a content project from scratch is a big plus.
• Having established contacts with representatives of well-known media is a big plus.
