Public Relations Officer

We are a contracting company in Sharjah, UAE, looking for a solid and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the local regulations and procedures related to SEWA, Municipality, Economic, and Civil Defence with the contracting company.

Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Education: 12+/Any Graduate

Experience: 2+ years in the same field

Key Accountabilities:

• Experience in dealing with Sharjah Emirates in SEWA, Municipality, Economic, and Civil Defence with the contracting company.

• Good knowledge of applying for building NOCs.

• Having good knowledge of applying for a new Trade license, renewal, and cancellation process.

• Having good knowledge of applying for new tenancy contracts, renewal, and cancellation processes.

• Arranging site inspections from Sharjah Municipality, SEWA, Economic and Civil Defence, etc.

• Knowledge of Title deeds, site plans, sponsor docs, and building permits.

• Coordination with the site team for the inspections, approvals, and sub-contractor payments.

Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Literate in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

• Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
