Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

• Research potential vendors.
• Compare and evaluate offers and supplies from vendors.
• Review and check quality of purchased products.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Enter vendor details into internal database day to day.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on purchases, including cost analysis.
• Monitor stocks and placing orders on need to refill.
• Negotiate and maintain cost reduction with suppliers.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as Purchaser or purchasing agent.
• Knowledge in dealing with vendors or liaising.
• Experience in preparing financial reports and cost estimation
• Fluent in English language.
