We are looking for a highly skilled Purchasing & Store Manager to oversee procurement and inventory operations, ensuring cost efficiency and seamless supply chain management for our dynamic kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage purchasing and inventory for both Front of House and Kitchen operations
✅ Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations
✅ Handle supplier relationships (cash/credit transactions), negotiations, and comparisons
✅ Prepare inventory reports and monitor stock levels to minimize wastage
✅ Support day-to-day purchasing needs and store operations
✅ Build and maintain an efficient supplier database
Key Requirements:
🔹 Proven experience in purchasing and inventory management within the restaurant/hospitality industry
🔹 Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
🔹 Understanding of fine dining kitchen operations and purchasing processes
🔹 Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Ability to lead a team and manage warehouse operations efficiently
🔹 Must own a vehicle and be based in Sharjah (or willing to relocate)
