Hiring QA Executive (Male)
Experience: 3 to 5 years in the FMCG – Food industry with expertise in HACCP and ISO audit.

Job Summary:
The QA Executive is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of food products within the FMCG sector through the implementation and maintenance of HACCP and ISO standards. This role requires a deep understanding of food safety regulations, quality control procedures, and auditing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- HACCP Implementation: Lead and oversee the implementation of HACCP principles across all stages of food production and distribution to identify and control potential hazards.
- ISO Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, or other relevant quality management and food safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program to monitor and improve product quality, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
- Auditing: Conduct regular internal audits to assess adherence to HACCP and ISO standards. Prepare for and participate in external audits by regulatory agencies and certification bodies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality control processes, HACCP plans, ISO certifications, and audit reports.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to staff members involved in food production and handling, ensuring they are aware of and follow quality and safety protocols.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance product quality and safety.
- Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials and ingredients used in the production process.
- Incident Management: Investigate and address any quality or safety incidents promptly, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG – Food industry, with a focus on quality assurance, HACCP, and ISO audit.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP principles, ISO standards, and food safety regulations.
- Experience in conducting internal and external audits.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Certification in HACCP and ISO standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
