Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
- Review project specifications, plans, and designs to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Conduct audits of processes and systems to identify areas of improvement and ensure adherence to internal and external quality guidelines.
- Ensure the project team is aware of the company’s quality policies and objectives.
- Maintain quality documentation, including QA manuals, procedure documents, and inspection records.
- Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure they meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Perform routine inspections of work performed by subcontractors to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Test and verify the quality of raw materials and construction outputs, including physical and chemical properties.
- Record and document findings during inspections and tests to support compliance with quality control procedures.
- Identify any quality issues and collaborate with the team to take corrective actions to resolve problems.
Quality Reporting:
- Prepare quality reports and analysis to communicate findings, status, and issues to senior management
- Participate in project meetings to discuss quality performance and improvements.
Training and Awareness:
- Conduct training sessions for project teams and subcontractors on quality standards, processes, and inspections.
- Ensure all team members are familiar with quality assurance and control procedures, emphasizing safety and compliance.
- Preferable: Cancelled visa or visit visa.
