Qc Engineer

Description:

Reporting quality related matters to QC/QA Manager and site operation manager.

Ensure to comply with all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain quality of all systems.

Compile and maintain the QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, test results

Follow up the WIR & MIR approvals with the main contractor QA/QC.

Develop & Implement Quality Assurance.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify quality improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.

Conduct Inspection of Mechanical Installation, equipment& systems to ensure compliance with the project specification.

Oversee and participate in mechanical testing and commissioning activities.

Maintain a comprehensive standard record of all QA/QC activities including inspections, tests & approvals.

Prepare & submit detailed quality reports outlining findings, deviations and recommended corrective actions.

Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
