Plan and execute comprehensive monthly inspections across projects, fit-out activities, tenant premises and facilities of all AGRE properties.
Document and track inspection findings and the effectiveness of corrective actions daily.
Monitor compliance with legal requirements related to building operation, safety, health, and environment and ensure no fines or actions from the legal authority.
Investigate incidents and submit an investigation report to the QHSE Manager within 72 hours.
Track and ensure the implementation of effective incident preventive measures. Monitor their effectiveness and maintain an incident register on a weekly basis.
Coordinate with business units and the emergency response team to ensure effective response during emergencies and drills.
Submit emergency drill reports within 72 hours.
Monitor AGRE QHSE compliance register requirements and support the QHSE department in maintaining accurate records.
Evidence of qualification and experiences to be submitted for review.
Below listed. criteria must be met as minimum.
Graduate or Diploma in Engineering
NEBOSH IGC Certification
5 to 7 years of experience in Quality Health Safety Environmental
A minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Construction or Fit out management.
Basic knowledge in building fire system, residential and Mall risk assessments and risk mitigative measures, rope access etc.
MS Office skill is mandatory.
UAE Experience & UAE driving licenses are mandatory.
