Quality Assurance Specialist - Chocolate Industry Expert

We're seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with extensive experience in the chocolate industry, preferably from a chocolate factory background. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of chocolates, market trends, and consumer preferences. The role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, quality management, and sensory evaluation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct sensory evaluations of chocolates to assess taste, texture, and aroma.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues.
- Analyze consumer feedback and market trends to inform product development and improvement.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, quality manuals, and certification records.
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 22000, HACCP).
- Train and mentor production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a chocolate factory or related industry, with a focus on quality assurance.
- In-depth knowledge of chocolates, including types, ingredients, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Candidates from Kerala are preferred.
