Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with expertise in post and pre-contract work on fit-out residential villa projects. The ideal candidate must be currently available in Dubai and possess relevant UAE experience. This role offers a competitive salary of up to 12,000 AED.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for fit-out residential villa projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.
• Manage project finances, including tracking expenditures and preparing financial reports.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide accurate and timely advice on contractual and cost issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on fit-out residential villa projects.
• Must have UAE experience; candidates without this will not be considered.
• Strong understanding of post and pre-contract work.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
