Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• Experience in preparing BOQs and cost planning
• Ability to work on fast-track projects efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of waterproofing and insulation systems is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or any relative field

-Proficient in Microsoft office, Auto CAD 2D
