What are we expecting?

 

  • Generate Real Estate Listing Leads: Create and manage real estate listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other relevant real estate sites.
  • Collect Listing Information: Gather all necessary listing details, including property photos, preliminary materials, and comparative market analysis.
  • Conduct Market Research: Research and analyze data on real estate listings, pricing trends, and local market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Process and Prepare Forms: Handle all required real estate forms, including Forms A, B, F, A2A, and SPA.
  • Monitor Deadlines: Keep track of deadlines and send timely notifications to relevant parties.
  • Oversee Transactions: Manage all aspects of seller transactions, from initial contact through to the closing of the purchase and sale agreement.
  • Compile and Distribute Reports: Prepare weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the team.
  • Familiarity with Systems: Maintain knowledge of the DLD, Trakheesi system, and Dubai REST app.
  • Stay Informed: Keep updated on DLD processes, contracts, and laws.
  • Database Management: Enter sales activities into the client database and monitor business reports to track progress towards company goals.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
  • Data Entry and Management: Input and update client and property information, ensuring data integrity.
  • Lead Tracking: Monitor and track leads through the CRM, assisting with follow-ups and nurturing campaigns.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze CRM reports to support sales and marketing strategies.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with clients.
  • Training: Assist in training new team members on CRM processes and best practices.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

 

Real Estate Administrator Requirements and Qualifications

 

  • Real Estate Industry Experience minimum of 2 years particularly CRM & property Listing
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and real estate professionals.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and office suites, including document management systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document management and transaction coordination.
  • Familiarity with local and national real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
