Description:
We are seeking a dynamic real estate administrator to join our team. This role involves being responsible for handling the most crucial steps in real estate transactions to ensure a smooth transfer of properties from sellers to buyers, as well as managing the day to day running of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the managers and internal/external clients. Screen, direct phone calls/emails and monitor other Property advertisement portals.
- Maintain and manage the Advertisement and verification of properties in both Property Finder and Bayut, and also, respond to online property inquiries from customers visiting various online portals.
- To make the reports for Manager Ensuring all related documents, agreements, and lease records are well-maintained and organised.
- Booking of travel and maintaining travel records for CEO.
- To monitor the vacancy of Leasing units and coordinate with the leasing team for filling the occupancy and tenancy requirement.
- Tenancy contracts, Compose, edit & drafts letters of property-related contracts. Able to prepare and review the MOU (Sales and Purchase Agreements), Compile, organize and accurately finalise documents for office records.
- Tracking and monitoring payments and obligations Submitting and verifying documents for each property to get Trakheesi Permit Monitoring inventory for sales, leasing and renewals.
- Processing sales invoices, company receipts and payments from suppliers and customers.
- Maintaining financial records of outgoing and incoming finances and supporting the company accountant.
- Provide any other related administrative and clerical support as and when required.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 to 4 years of experience in a Dubai real estate firm.
- Graduating with relevant experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in the English language (written and spoken), Arabic is an added advantage.
- Experience using call management / good telephone manners and ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Outstanding organisational skills and excellent time management.
