Responsibilities

· Close on company-provided sales leads.

· Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.

· Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

· Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.

· Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.

· Show properties to potential buyers.

· Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.

· Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.

· Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.

Requirements

• 3 Years of experience in real estate is necessary (Must carry a portfolio of previous deals Rent /Sale).

• UAE driving license is a must.

• Ability to work with targets and commission basis.

• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent with successful closures.

• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.

• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.

• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

• Remain knowledgeable about real estate market best practices.
