Description:
We're seeking driven and motivated individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agents. In this role, you can use your sales and customer service skills to help and guide clients to buy, sell, and rent properties.
- Achieve sales targets/KPIs set in Employment Contract.
- Interview Buyers to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Advise sellers on how to make their properties more appealing to potential buyers
- A competitive commission structure, incentives, and bonuses.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Monitor Fulfilment or purchase contract terms to ensure that they are handled in a timely manner.
- Always represent the company in a professional manner
- Candidates from Real Estate. (Real Estate experience is Mandatory)
- Highly Motivated with a Strong business sense and passion to work in Real Estate.
- Excellent Time- Management and organization skills.
- A UAE Driving license is a plus.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Fluent in English is essential - (Arabic / French / German / Russian speaking is advantageous)
