We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent who is fluent in Russian to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for representing clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties, as well as providing guidance and support throughout the entire process.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
- Attend open houses and property viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
- Negotiate and prepare contracts and other legal documents
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, prices, and new property listings
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Proven track record as a successful real estate agent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market
- Must possess a valid UAE driver's license
