Grace House Properties is hiring a Secondary Market Specialist in Villas, Townhouses and Apartments to join our growing team of professionals.
Job Role: Secondary Market Specialist who helps clients buy, sell, or rent real estate properties and work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, analyze the market and property trends, and provide expert advice on buying, selling, or renting properties.
Responsibilities:
• Providing expert advice: Deep understanding of the real estate market, including property trends, legal requirements, and financing options. Able to provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Analyzing the local real estate market to identify potential properties for clients. This includes conducting market research, reviewing property listings, and evaluating property values.
• Able to create attractive property listings that highlight the unique features of each property. This involves taking photographs, writing descriptions, and creating marketing materials.
• Must be skilled in negotiating & can work with buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements and able to negotiate contracts, review offers, and ensure that all legal requirements are met.
• Must be responsive, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service, able to answer client questions, address concerns, and provide regular updates throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Ability to communicate other languages is added advantage.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• 1-2 Years of Real Estate Experience
• Self-motivated and Entrepreneurial
• Owns a Large Inventory of Properties for Sale
• Your own Exclusive Sellers
• Dubai Real Estate Market Experience & Area Knowledge
• Strong Persuasive Skills to convert inquiries into the sale
• Outstanding English Verbal & Communication Skills
• Good network or database of buyers and sellers
• UAE Driving license and own car
