Job Responsibilities:
· Assist sellers and buyers with purchasing or selling the property.
· Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value.
· Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community.
· Understand client requirements and present several options to buyers for property search to shortlist properties and finalize the deal.
· Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
· Manage property resale.
· Keep up to date with market trends.
· Prepare necessary documentation.
Job Requirements:
· At Least 1 or 2 Years of proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or in Sales in Dubai.
· With valid U.A.E driving license.
· Strong sense of responsibility and aggression.
· Good knowledge of Dubai Real Estate Industry.
· Good communication skills in English is a MUST. Other languages such as Russian, Arabic, Mandarin, and Urdu have added advantages.
· Dynamic Personality and Interpersonal Skills.
· Up-to-date with advancements in Real Estate trends.
· Commission-based remuneration structure.
