Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation: This involves identifying potential clients and generating new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other marketing efforts.
  • Listing and marketing properties: You'll be responsible for listing and marketing properties on various platforms to attract potential buyers. This includes creating property descriptions, taking photographs, creating virtual tours, and staging homes for showings.
  • Conducting property showings: You'll need to schedule and conduct property showings for interested buyers. During these showings, you'll answer any questions the buyers may have about the property.
  • Negotiating offers and contracts: As a sales agent, you'll be responsible for negotiating offers and contracts on behalf of your clients. This includes handling any counteroffers and working with attorneys and other professionals to finalize the transaction.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients: Building and maintaining relationships with your clients is critical to your success as a real estate sales agent. This includes keeping in touch with past clients and staying on top of any new developments in the real estate market that may affect their interests.
  • Staying up to date with market trends: Real estate markets can be volatile and constantly changing, so it's essential to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and news in your local market. This includes keeping track of property values, industry news, and changes to zoning laws and regulations.
  • Continuing education and training: To maintain your license and stay current in the industry, you'll need to complete continuing education courses and participate in training programs offered by your brokerage or other industry organizations.
  • Ensure professional communication with clients by presenting the company in the best image.
  • Deep understanding of commercial & residential real estate industry
  • Strong capabilities in and deep understanding of financial demonstrating and market research
  • Ensure all the reports are generated as per the company's standards, maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of the activities and tasks assigned to every sales agent nd capturing it on daily/weekly/ monthly bases with the total leads assigned, achievements made and along with Sales plan.
  • Maintain daily report that includes Number calls, meetings done, leads assigned and their update and potential buyers.
  • Maintain weekly sales lead generation sources report that includes leads updates.
  • Prepare documents such as viewing form, Memorandum of Understanding and any other document required.
  • Attend all conducted training related to CRM, tools, and systems you need to use.
  • Get Referrals from existing clients.

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.

Experience:

  • +1-year experience in the local real estate market would be advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Appealing appearance on the phone.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales queries preferably over the phone.
  • Must possess a driver’s license and a vehicle to operate in the UAE.
