Responsibilities:

Actively seek out and identify potential rental opportunities in the Dubai market.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and developers.

Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties based on their preferences, budget, and requirements.

Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property to potential tenants.

Negotiate rental terms and agreements between tenants and property owners.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the rental process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to rentals in Dubai.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available rental properties through various channels.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Rental Agent in the Dubai real estate market.

Strong understanding of the Dubai property landscape, including popular areas, rental rates, and market trends.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Proven track record of successful property rentals and client satisfaction.

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property rentals in Dubai.

Proficiency in using real estate databases and software for property listings and client management.

Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.

Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
