Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a strong knowledge of available properties, including their features, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Use CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
- Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE:
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education is typically required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field can be advantageous.
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, is beneficial but not always mandatory. New entrants to the industry can also be considered.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics is beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and technology used in real estate sales is a plus.
