We are looking for passionate Real Estate Agents to be a part of Jump Properties! Whether you're fresh in the field or come with experience, we believe in building from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

·     Monitor the pulse of current Offplan property opportunities, becoming an expert on key developer’s projects.

·     Employ dynamic sales and negotiation techniques to make a mark in the market.

·     Assist clients in direct purchasing from developers, ensuring they're well-informed on market trends, launches, and pricing.

·     Cultivate and nurture relationships with both developers and clients.

·     Uphold Jump Properties' esteemed reputation through professionalism and integrity.

·     Adhere to administrative protocols, ensuring organized and easily accessible documentation.

Qualifications:

·     At least a year in the UAE real estate sector.

·     Proficiency in either Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is preferred

·  Willing to work in a commission-based role.

·     A valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

·     Demonstrable sales achievements.

·     An intrinsic motivation paired with a professional demeanor.

·     A commendable aptitude for customer service, marked by empathy and understanding.
