·        Property Listings: Create compelling property listings with high-quality photos, descriptions, and key selling points to attract potential buyers or tenants.

·        Market Research: Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, pricing, and property availability to provide clients with accurate and valuable insights.

·        Property Tours: Conduct property tours and inspections with clients, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.

·        Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers and contracts to ensure the best possible outcome for clients.

·        Documentation: Prepare and review real estate documents, such as purchase agreements, leases, and contracts, while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

·        Networking: Expand your network within the real estate community to source potential leads and collaborate with fellow real estate professionals.

·        Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

·        Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or renters.

Qualifications:

·        Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a real estate agent in Dubai's market.

·        Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property types.

·        Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

·        Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships.

·        Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
