Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and engage prospective clients interested in real estate properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them throughout the buying or renting process.
• Assist clients in understanding the intricacies of the real estate market, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals to ensure successful transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to provide accurate information to clients.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Outdoor sales, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market will be an added advantage.

• Fixed salaries : 3500-8000 AED (Depending on the experience)
