Position: Real Estate Agent

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in real estate, with prior experience in the UAE market

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Real Estate Agent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the real estate industry
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market
• Possession of a valid UAE driver’s license and access to a car
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Stay abreast of the latest market trends and real estate developments
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive approaches
