· Minimum of 1 year of experience in Off-Plan Dubai Real Estate or Sales/Bank Background

· Excellent communication skills in English and additional language is a bonus

· Strong presentation skills

· Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently

· Must be ambitious and hardworking with strong work ethics

· Able to bounce back from rejections, and solve problems creatively

· Must have a UAE Driving License and own a car.

· Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

· Good at networking and building and maintaining professional relationships.

· Punctual, optimistic, trustworthy, ambitious, and can-do attitude.

What are the Agent's Responsibilities:

. Contacting leads on time and qualifying their request.

. Conducting meetings and online calls with clients.

. Providing clients with market analytics and offering the best suitable options.

. Preparing investment portfolios for clients

. Follow up with clients regularly is a must

. Concluding deals

. Constantly developing sales knowledge and market trends
