Wura Real Estate Brokerage is seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for representing clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of properties. This is a contract role that is primarily located in Dubai, but with the flexibility for some remote work.


As a Real Estate Agent, your daily tasks will include conducting property viewings, negotiating sales and rental agreements, advising clients on market trends and property values, preparing and presenting offers, and maintaining excellent customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process. You will work closely with both buyers and sellers to ensure their needs are met, and you will play a vital role in assisting clients in making the best investment decisions.

Qualifications
 

• Real Estate License
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulations
• Familiarity with property management and leasing
