Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in the thriving Dubai real estate market.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Actively seek out new clients and potential property listings through various channels, including networking, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Property Showings and Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants, highlighting the key features and benefits of each property.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance throughout the entire real estate process.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to secure the best possible deals, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
  • Market Knowledge and Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market, utilizing this knowledge to provide accurate and insightful advice to clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare and manage necessary documentation, such as contracts, agreements, and property listings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai or a similar market.
  • RERA Certification: Valid Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) certification.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Arabic being a significant advantage.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for building rapport with clients and industry professionals.
  • Self-Motivation and Drive: A results-oriented approach with a passion for the real estate industry.
