Description:

This is a full-time on-site and Off-Site role for a Real Estate Agent at Noor Alshuaa Real Estate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. You will conduct property inspections, negotiate contracts, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and exceptional sales and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in the real estate industry in UAE (Minimum 1 year)
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Basic System Knowledge
• Knowledge of Real Estate Property laws and regulations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business, or a related field
