Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Agent at The Legends Real Estate in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for property sales, customer service, real property transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales and executions:

Proven track record in sales and ability to build a pipeline and move leads through stages in order to close and hit targets

Commercially competent and able to communicate TL’s value proposition

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Collaborate with the Sales Team Lead to implement and execute goals based on sales strategies

Creative and data driven selling approach in order to pitch, negotiate and hit targets

Effective pipeline management, grasp of conversion rates, sales cycles

Requirements:

· Well representative in appeal & look

· 1 year or more of Real Estate sales experience

· Proven track record of success in direct sales

· Competent sales professional both in person as well as over the phone

· Proficient in using Google and Microsoft suite (presentations, spreadsheets, email, etc.)

· Experience with CRM tools is preferred
