Real Estate Agent

Description:

Parcel Estates is seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team at our centrally located office in Dubai. Candidates who can speak at least one of Turkish, Russian, Arabic or Chinese languages fluently and have an advanced level of English will be preferred.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales
• Advanced proficiency in at least one of Turkish/Arabic/Russian/Chinese languages
• Advanced proficiency in English language
• Candidates residing or willing to reside in Dubai preferred
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs
• Introduce and present our real estate portfolios to potential clients
• Manage the sales cycle and guide clients through each stage of the sales process
• Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets
• Provide post-sales services and ensure customer satisfaction
